Our 5-star hotel is located in the very heart of Bayeux’s historic and medieval centre, across from the cathedral and a short distance from the famous tapestry and the D-Day beaches.
Whether you’re looking for a spot of relaxation, a lively trip or an historic trip, we are delighted to welcome and serve you, and can advise you on how to customise your trip.

Our hotel is composed of two neighbouring buildings, the Villa Lara, which opened in 2012, and the Villa Augustine, open since 2019. The Villa Lara houses the common spaces and 28 of our rooms, while the Villa Augustine houses our 4 presidential suites.

    Hotel Villa Lara is the most wonderful hotel. The staff goes above & beyond to make your stay with them both special & unforgettable. A perfect location with beautiful, comfortable rooms with all the amenities. We can't imagine staying anywhere else in Normandy. Five star plus!
